As our Elementary Co-Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping a nurturing classroom environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons and weekly activities
- Support students by identifying areas for academic growth and providing targeted assistance
- Assist with classroom behavior management and help maintain a positive learning environment
- Contribute to classroom organization, visual appeal, and overall readiness
- Monitor students during morning and afternoon bus duty
- Use technology effectively to support instruction and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education
- Prior teaching experience at the elementary school level
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
