The Position

If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking for an opportunity to work with a team of specialists in the healthcare environment, Roche Diagnostics Kazakhstan is looking for a Product manager Automation & Consultancy solutions for Central Asia and Caucasian countries.

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

Responsibilities: 

• interaction with the customer and the project team during the lab´s automation implementation 
• collection, analysis, documentation of requirements and implementation of projects
• conducting consulting activities with employees of client organizations
• preparation of presentations, reports, proposals and other project documentation for clients
• development/localization of marketing materials
• product management & strategic development: establishing the groundwork and promotion of the company's digital solutions

Qualification and Requirements:

• higher education (IT, technical)
• knowledge of English at the level of Upper-intermediate and above
• project management experience 
• customer experience approach and results orientation
• developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
• experience in negotiating with clients at the KOL/stakeholders level
• ability to travel (up to 40% of working time)

• knowledge and understanding of IT environment 
Skills:
• analytical, critical and abstract thinking
• soft skills (ability to interact, ability to persuade, skills to adapt to changes, creativity) 
• mapping and visualization of business processes
