Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering for R&D BU

1) Translate business priorities into a clear HR master plan (organization, talent, capabilities, and culture)

2) Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and people managers on organization design, workforce planning, and change management

3) Lead and partner with business leaders to drive organization initiatives and transformation

4) Drive outcome-based organization design, leveraging deep employee insights and ensuring high-quality execution

2. Talent Management and Development

1) Translate business needs into talent strategy, including identification of critical roles, succession planning, and development actions

2) Partner with leadership teams to drive talent discussions and capability building

3. Employee Experience (EVE) Interventions

1) Translate employee insights into holistic action plans to improve employee experience

2) Design and deliver impactful initiatives to enhance engagement and drive organizational success


Qualifications & Skills

1. 3+ years of HR experience, candidates with end-to-end HRBP ownership experience will be highly preferred.

2. Experience in leading or owning HR initiatives, such as organization transformation, change management, or organization design

3. Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments

4. High learning agility and growth mindset

5. Strong problem-solving skills and execution excellence (able to translate ideas into action and deliver results)

6. Clear and structured thinking, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

7. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
