Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the partnership.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular business reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning to align account activities with company goals. Forecast and track key account metrics, such as sales targets and profit margins.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical engineering related field
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Proficient in market analysis, pricing/cost analysis, data analysis, development of relationships with stakeholders, forecasting.
- Experience in Project Management and Documentation
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within Compressed Air and Microelectronics (Semiconductor) industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) & CRM
- Previous experience managing large OEMs and ability to build strong customer relationships
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
- Good command of English
