Full Stack Software Engineer (Backend-focused)

We are looking for a software engineer capable of taking ambiguous or high-level business ideas and turning them into fully functional production systems. This role requires strong engineering judgment, ownership, and the ability to design, build, release, and support solutions end-to-end, with a primary focus on backend development and consistent involvement in frontend and AI integration.

Your main responsibilities:

Analyze ambiguous or high-level requirements, identify the underlying problem, and translate it into clear technical proposals.
Identify risks early, evaluate trade-offs, and make well-reasoned technical decisions.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions in production environments.
Take full ownership of deliverables, including handling bugs, incidents, and scalability challenges.
Work across backend (60–70%) and frontend (30–40%) development tasks.
Integrate AI models into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and high-throughput processing.
Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions without relying on fully specified tasks.

Experience:

More than 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven track record of delivering and supporting applications across multiple production environments.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in real-world applications.
System design and architecture decision-making.
Scalability, maintainability, and testing practices.
Release strategies, debugging, and production support.
Backend and frontend development experience.
Experience integrating AI into production systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability.
Clear decision-making and ability to justify technical choices.
Product-oriented mindset beyond feature implementation.
