Job Title: Digital Content Creator Intern
Location: Virtual
Duration: Fall 2026 – 4 months (September - December 2026)
Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:
Join the Dayforce Creative Studio to help create engaging short-form video and social content that amplifies our annual customer conference Dayforce Discover, customer stories, product innovation, and key marketing moments. This role is ideal for a creative, social-first storyteller who is excited about video production, digital marketing, and live event coverage.
What you’ll get to do:
Capture and create short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Edit keynote highlights, customer testimonials, executive soundbites, and behind-the-scenes content into engaging clips
Collaborate with Brand, Social Media, Events, and Product Marketing teams on content planning and storytelling
Assist with content calendars, video publishing, and caption writing
Help identify and implement trends and best practices in short-form social media content
Skills and experience we value:
Interest in video content creation, social media marketing, or digital storytelling
Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar platforms
Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn video trends
Strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Content, Film, Journalism, or a related field
What would really make you stand out:
Experience creating content for personal, school, or brand social media channels
Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics
Comfort interviewing people or capturing content in live event settings
YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram content examples showcasing editing and storytelling skills
