We are expanding our footprint across Texas and looking for high-energy individuals to represent the biggest names in Telecommunications (Spectrum). This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" job—it’s a high-impact, face-to-face role for people who love people and hate income caps.

The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)

You are the face of the brand at local events and high-traffic retail spots across the El Paso, Dallas and Fort Worth areas.

  • Engage: Start conversations and build instant rapport with locals.

  • Consult: Don’t just "sell"—help people find better tech solutions for their homes.

  • Close: Secure new customers and watch your weekly commission grow.

  • Lead: As a 1099 Partner, you manage your own pace, goals, and business growth.

What we do

This role will focus on presenting Spectrum's High-Speed Internet & Mobile to residential customers. Weekly team meetings held via google meets and ongoing training-coaching is provided.

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure!
