Key Responsibilities
The role will involve supporting:

  • Compensation structuring and annual compensation cycles
  • Benefits program administration and governance
  • Market benchmarking and salary survey analysis
  • Incentive planning and compensation reporting
  • HR analytics, dashboards, and data accuracy
  • Policy, compliance, and audit-readiness support

 

The position requires strong analytical acumen, a data-driven mindset, and good stakeholder management skills. The person will work closely with Finance, HRBPs, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver effective compensation and benefits programs.

The role will also support compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and market practices, while contributing to cost-effective and high-impact Total Rewards programs.

This position offers exposure to global compensation projects, benchmarking exercises, incentive planning, and Total Rewards governance.



Work Experience

Preferred profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
  • Strong Excel, analytics, and data interpretation skills
  • Experience in salary reviews, benchmarking, benefits processes, and compensation reporting
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits will be an advantage
  • Good communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
