Apps Associates is looking for a skilled Instructional Designer and Training Content Developer to join our AppsChange and AppsKnowledge practice as a billable offshore resource. This role sits at the heart of our Oracle transformation delivery model, producing high-quality training materials and change enablement content that directly supports client go-live readiness across ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations. You will work closely with our onshore Change Management and Training leads, executing production work that has been scoped and designed at the strategic level. Your output will be delivered directly into client engagements - so quality, precision, and the ability to follow a structured process matter enormously
