Senior Property Manager

The Senior Property Manager reports to the General Manager and/or Regional Director and is responsible for the overall management and maintenance for an assigned asset. The Senior Property Manager is responsible for all financial aspects of the portfolio, assuring that all income due to the owner is collected promptly and that expenses are controlled in line with ownership objectives, meeting or exceeding NOI goals.
