Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Create and manage yearly marketing roadmaps to drive growth.
  • Work across departments to ensure campaigns are consistent and integrated.
  • Oversee media planning and buying to improve ROI and reach.
  • Synthesize complex data into high-level analysis and strategic reports, providing actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Provide deep-dive market intelligence and weekly competitor benchmarking to identify and find new growth opportunities

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Minimal 5+ Years of proven experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Brand Management.
  • Experience of developing creative concepts into large-scale, 360° integrated marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and commercial goals.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear business strategies, present to and influence senior leader
  • Skilled at handling multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience mentoring staff and managing cross-functional teams.
