Transaction Management Analyst/Coordinator

Job Description

 

The  TM Analyst will act as the coordinator and single point of contact for the day-to-day client needs; handle administrative property management needs while fostering positive relationships and influencing business growth. You will be responsible for normal business activities related to understanding client’s real estate requirements, reporting on transaction activity, attending client and account team meetings. The ideal candidate will work independently as well as part of a team with the client and the JLL transactions management team. This position will also work on direct special projects/assignments as needed. Our TM Analyst will act as the real estate liaison to manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units to efficiently manage the client’s portfolio of properties.  This is a full-time, hybrid office role that requires 2+ days on-site at the JLL office.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Managing Client Relationships
    • Assume key transaction management responsibilities that may include property management activities
    • Attend regular client meetings and conference calls
    • Improve client transaction management processes
  • Engage with leadership to establish the sourcing strategy for critical business needs
  • Collaborate directly with clients and team members to resolve real estate related issues
  • Manage transaction reporting to the client

 

  • Transaction Management Activities
    • Develop various real estate documents  
    • Complete analysis for reporting and other transaction related responsibilities throughout the transaction process
    • Coordinate Lease administration activities including but not limited to, review of Certificates of Insurance, confirm receipt of transaction/permit fees,
    • Minimum 3 years of real estate transaction/leasing experience/property management/utility permitting or asset management experience or a combination of the required experience

 

  • Account Performance Support
    • Proactively assist Leadership  in managing client deliverables
    • Reporting management: Creation and updating of various financial reports
    • Key Performance data gathering and reporting
    • Maintain oversight and the accuracy of portfolio data
    • Assist with processing recurring invoices in support of Finance
    • Handle billing discrepancies
    • Engage in all other duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications/Experience

 

    • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
    • Experience with transaction databases, GIS platforms or project management systems preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    • Knowledge of real estate and lease terminology required
    • Strong negotiations experience and interpersonal skills required
    • Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative
    • Attention to detail and process compliance required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and coordination efforts simultaneously
    • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
    • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
