Clinical Support Scheduler – Hillcrest Grand Lodge

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an organized and dependable Clinical Support Scheduler to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE.

What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Support Scheduler, you will provide scheduling, clinical, and administrative support for the Assisted Living Director and Health Services team. This role is an important connection point between staffing, resident support, payroll accuracy, supply management, and day-to-day clinical operations.
You will help ensure clinical staffing needs are met each day while supporting a positive, organized, and responsive environment for residents, families, and team members.
You will:
Manage the schedule for clinical staff, including creating and distributing the monthly schedule through Dayforce.
Cover open shifts and help ensure daily clinical staffing coverage needs are met.
Support clinical team members by working the floor as a PCA or Bath Aide when needed.
Assist with in-house payroll processes, including approving timecards and correcting missed punches for the Health Services team at the direction of the Assisted Living Director.
Prepare monthly long-term care insurance forms as needed for residents to obtain benefit coverage.
Assist with the hiring and onboarding process by scheduling interviews and compiling interview and hiring forms.
Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed and on rotation.
Track, manage par levels, and order health services supplies for assisted living and memory support clinics and storage areas.
Assist with ancillary visits, including podiatry, vision, dental, psychiatric, and nurse practitioner appointments.
Enter education and in-service attendance information into Dayforce for Health Services team members.
Maintain attendance tracking for Health Services team members.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through timely, professional, and respectful communication.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can balance scheduling needs, administrative detail, and hands-on clinical support with professionalism and compassion. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced senior living environment and able to respond calmly when priorities shift.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least two years of senior living experience preferred.
Scheduling and/or payroll experience preferred.
Supply management experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A calm, flexible, and professional approach when working with residents, families, and team members.
Comfort using technology and resources efficiently and effectively.
Willingness to support the clinical team on the floor as needed.
Education & Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CMA license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
Must be willing to participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.
