Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies to support Beazer Homes brand, customer engagement, and corporate messaging
This role involves content creation, public relations, social media management, and coordination with various teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, and website content.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the company’s brand, values, and business objectives.
- Assist in the development of corporate presentations, reports, and executive messaging.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and media outlets, responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote new home communities, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, blog posts, and video content.
- Support event planning and community outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
- Utilize Canva to draft, design, and edit high-quality communications materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for internal communications, events, and digital campaigns.
- Support monthly town halls, including presentation development, logistics coordination, and partnering with IT to ensure seamless technical execution.
- Support leadership events through logistics planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate employee engagement event logistics for Marketing team and HQ employees, including planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Support management of the company store, including inventory tracking, ordering, and administrative operations.
- Develop and maintain monthly snapshot reports to support metrics tracking and communications performance reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing, preferably in real estate or homebuilding.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
