As a Collaboration Specialist at Optus, you'll join a team committed to providing collaboration support services. Your role is essential in guaranteeing the smooth delivery of UC and VC platforms to our Enterprise and Government customers. You will work closely with customer partners and client delivery groups to successfully implement and manage our collaboration services.
What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of
- Supporting the provision of Collaboration support services, including change management and disaster recovery.
- Mentoring and assisting other Collaboration specialists and support advisors.
- Implementing AudioCodes SBC in Azure Cloud and troubleshooting Cisco Endpoints.
- Managing Microsoft Teams, including Calling support, Room MTR, Phone System, and PSTN Connectivity options.
- Assisting with Webex Control Hub onboarding and offboarding.
What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role?
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Teams Calling support and Microsoft Teams Room MTR.
- Expertise in AudioCodes SBC and voice gateways with protocols like SIP, H323, and MGCP.
- Skilled in Webex Control Hub and Cisco Endpoint troubleshooting.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 Licensing and End User Administration.
- Microsoft MS Teams Certification.
- Desirable: Cisco Collaboration Certification, Oracle ACME SBC Administration, and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Suite, Jabber phone configuration, and voice mail systems.
- Understanding of Voice Gateway Protocols (H.323, MGCP, SIP, and ISDN).
