Descripción del puesto In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Radio & TV Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in production workflows, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination within dynamic agency environments Responsabilidades Provide technical and logistical guidance to account teams regarding the feasibility of creative ideas. Review and analyze project briefs, defining scope and coordinating with internal teams as needed. Manage the process with production companies, including request for proposals, creative approaches, and cost estimations. Develop detailed budgets and present them for internal review and client approval. Plan projects considering timelines, resources, and technical requirements to ensure efficient execution. Oversee all stages of production, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met. Coordinate and execute production projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Manage post-production processes in collaboration with internal teams or external vendors. Select and manage vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements. Monitor invoicing processes with internal teams and ensure timely and accurate supplier payments. Develop performance reports to evaluate project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and legal or financial requirements. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Advertising, Audiovisual Production, Media, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within production or advertising environments. Proven experience managing Radio and TV production projects end-to-end. Strong knowledge of audiovisual production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial follow-up. Ability to manage vendors, production companies, and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a high level of ownership. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and clients.
