You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

Oversee and assign duties to Residential Aides
-
Assists residential aides on shift with handling the daily activities as well as intervening in crisis management.

Assists the case managers in helping clients with the identification of appropriate programs such as healthcare, mental health, and housing services within NYS.

Attend staff meetings, case conferences, and required training, in accordance with program guidelines.

Establish and maintain client files in accordance with internal, local, state, and federal requirements and enter data in computerized systems.

Assist with quality assurance quarterly reports (i.e., fire drills, in-service training, safety inspections, satisfaction surveys, building and vehicle reports, etc.).
REQUIRED EDUCATION
-
High School diploma
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum two years’ experience working in social service.

Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
