A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Other Work Experience
Experience supporting enterprise A/V and conference room systems.
Foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing basics, firewall/ACL awareness).
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience supporting executives in professional services or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with enterprise network hardware (switches, wireless APs, cabling).
Experience coordinating third-party IT and A/V vendors.
