Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across verticals ranging from BFSI, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, etc.  The employee strength across 3 locations in India is around 700+ digital marketeers. We are catering to end to end digital marketing solutions for premium brands in the country. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Create review decks for internal and external stakeholders. Provide strategic insights and media recommendations that align with client goals. Identify and pitch business growth opportunities and new platforms for scaling. Lead Annual Media Planning and build integrated strategies across Paid, Commerce, and Analytics. Oversee cross-practice integration (SEM & SEO, Paid & Commerce, Analytics). Build brand strategies including AOP, content strategy. Lead Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR & QBR). Develop KPI projections and lead analytical insights. Master and operate on multiple platforms like Google, Meta etc. Drive automation of internal processes and adopt new betas to stay ahead. Lead or collaborate on client asset creation and financial tracking Additional information Soft Skills & Leadership Expectations: Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management (internal and client-side). Provide team leadership, including conflict resolution, career pathing, and emotional intelligence. Make sound decisions to support clients and internal teams. Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timely delivery. Build and support a positive client experience focused on retention and strategic partnership. Actively represent the team in high-level discussions. Lead performance reviews and encourage team-wide cultural growth. Solve roadblocks proactively and support virtual team management. Participate in thought leadership. Guide team members in transitioning from managers to leaders. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing, media, or consulting role. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Paid Media, Analytics, etc.). Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in cross-functional and cross-platform strategy development. Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
