BI Data Analyst (Must Reside In Buffalo / Western NY Region)

Analyze, interpret, and communicate relevant insights on data for multiple business lines. This role focuses on data quality, analytical insight, and platform optimization across the Business Intelligence ecosystem. The BI Data Analyst partners closely with business line Sales Analysts to translate analytical needs into well-designed, governed data models that support consistent reporting and decision-making. The role supports Power BI semantic models, dataflows, and report governance, and collaborates with Data Architecture and Engineering to support the Databricks Lakehouse environment, including data ingestion and Silver-layer table creation when needed. Emphasis is placed on strong business partnership, data model design, optimization of BI assets, and disciplined production readiness.
