Euroclear Tech Talent Programme - AI Translator / Junior Business Analyst

About the Role

As an AI Translator/Junior Business Analyst, you will help Euroclear turn business ideas into AI-powered solutions.
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and artificial intelligence, supporting the use of Microsoft Azure, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI to improve how Euroclear operates.

This role is ideal for IT or business graduates who are curious about AI and want to learn how real-world AI solutions are designed, delivered, and governed in a regulated environment.

What You Will Do

• Help translate business needs and processes into clear AI and IT requirements
• Support AI solutions built on Microsoft Azure (including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services)
• Assist with LLM-based solutions such as chatbots, AI assistants, and automated translation tools
• Learn how agentic AI systems work (AI that can plan tasks, call tools, and support decision-making)
• Create simple documentation: use cases, process flows, and AI solution descriptions
• Work closely with business teams, IT, and the AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE)

What We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, data, engineering, business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of AI and cloud concepts (training or coursework is sufficient)
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly
• Motivation to learn and grow in a regulated financial market infrastructure

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, APIs, or cloud platforms
• First experience with chatbots, prompt design, or AI tools
• Interest in Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethics
