Cochlear Medical Device (Chengdu) Co., Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cochlear Co., Ltd. in China. It was established in Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan Province in September 2017. As Cochlear's only manufacturing site in China, it mainly produces cochlear implants and sound processors, providing professional assistance to the hearing impaired in China and other markets

In order to help Cochlear bring products to market that help people with hearing loss, we are recruiting to support the new manufacturing site in Chengdu China.

Position Overview / Purpose 职位概述

The purpose of this role is to assemble and components and sub-assemblies for the Cochlear products by meeting productivity and quality requirements and working effectively to achieve team business outcomes.

Accountabilities 主要职责

Perform manufacturing tasks in line with work instructions and procedures

Set up, maintain, operate and monitor production equipment/machines in line with work instructions , procedures & equipment care sheets

根据作业指导书、规程和设备保养单设置、维护、操作和监控生产设备/机器。

Achieve individual and team outcomes

Participate in training  as required and pass required assessments

根据要求参加培训并通过各项评估 。

Comply with required gowning procedures and work instructions for the purpose of product safety and adhering to QMS requirements

为确保产品安全，遵守 QMS 要求，遵照必需的着装规程及作业指导书。

Deliver other assignments from manager

完成上级交付的其他工作任务。

Team Role (Individual contributor) 团队角色（独立贡献者）

Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement. Undertake additional quality responsibilities (e.g. audit) when appropriately trained to undertake these responsibilities.

Contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve deliverables.

Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions; and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager.

Move between teams, site locations and operations as necessary in order to meet business needs
