Role Overview
The Lead Specialist will execute core financial operations activities across Ad Revenue and Media Reconciliation streams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Processing
- Perform invoice creation and validation
- Execute cash application and matching
- Support collections follow-ups
2. Reconciliation Support
- Perform reconciliations between systems
- Identify mismatches and escalate discrepancies
- Maintain reconciliation documentation
3. Dispute & Query Management
- Support billing dispute resolution
- Track and close open issues
4. SOX Controls & Documentation
- Execute assigned control activities
- Maintain audit documentation
5. Process Adherence & Improvement
- Follow SOPs and highlight improvement opportunities
- Support automation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Inter / MBA / B.Com or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in finance operations
- Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation
