As the Growth Marketer at Rostudios - the world behind Rocycle and Roform - you will play a key role in accelerating our growth across both new and existing markets. You will own initiatives across our core growth pillars: Paid Advertising (Paid Social & Search), CRM & Email Marketing (including automation flows and newsletters), and Performance Optimization.

You will be responsible for managing both customer acquisition and retention strategies, using data-driven insights to scale our community, maximize engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) aligned with commercial and brand objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and run regular reviews to assess effectiveness and opportunities for optimisation
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROAS and ensure efficient spend across markets
  • Create seasonal asset briefs and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging full-funnel campaign content
  • Identify new paid media opportunities, testing platforms, formats, and targeting strategies to stay ahead of industry trends

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships, grow the subscriber base, and drive retention
  • Build segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and timely communications across the lifecycle
  • Set up and optimise email automation flows (welcome, reactivation, loyalty) and targeted campaigns based on customer behaviour
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team on seasonal email calendars and creative direction
  • Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content, timing, and targeting to improve open, click, and conversion rates
Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyse KPIs across paid and CRM channels, making data-led recommendations to improve acquisition and retention
  • Use insights to inform creative briefs, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Provide regular performance reports to the wider marketing team, highlighting wins and areas for improvement

Your qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or CRM
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tool
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand values into high-performing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bonus: Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or retail brands, especially in fast-scaling environments
  • Available to start in April 2026
