- Act as the central point for receiving requests, providing services, offering advice, and consulting corporate clients in a professional manner.
- Support sales management and corporate client relationship building by coordinating with internal support functions of the bank related to credit approval processes (both pre- and post-approval). This includes liaising with the credit operations team for client document handling or coordinating with branches to deliver services to clients.
- Execute approvals for client requests within the scope of delegated authority.
- Understand clients thoroughly in order to proactively provide excellent service, prepare to respond effectively to client needs, and identify opportunities to offer enhanced services or introduce new products (initial cross-selling).
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors that may not be specified
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or relevant international business.
- Service-minded with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle problems and provide solutions promptly.
- Prior experience in client relationship management (Relationship Manager) or corporate banking support will be considered an advantage.
