About the role
  • Work alongside experienced strategists in a small strategy team with a dedicated mentor
  • Work on diverse branding and design projects and gain experience from all stages of the design process, from discovery through to design
  • Conduct consumer, competitor, and brand reserch audits and analysis, and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Support the development of brand strategies and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with design colleagues to ensure seamless integration of strategy and execution.
  • Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and documentation of workshops.
  • Support the creation of client presentations and proposals.
About you 
  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (ideally combining business and behavioral sciences).
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for brands, design, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills; team-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and current AI tools.
  • Fluent English language skills, Dutch is a plus.
