Maintenance Technician - Machinery

What You Will Experience in This Position
Supporting day-to-day building operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functional facility
Performing basic preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems
Assisting with routine upkeep and minor repairs on shop equipment (forklifts, weld machines, CNC equipment, and related systems)
Troubleshooting simple mechanical issues and escalating more complex repairs to maintenance technicians
Conducting general inspections to identify wear, safety risks, or equipment concerns before they impact production
Handling a variety of tasks across the building and grounds, including custodial and janitorial responsibilities
Partnering with maintenance engineers and production teams to support equipment readiness and facility needs
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, organization, and on-time completion of assigned tasks.
You Have:
1–2 years of facility, maintenance, or industrial experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
Hands-on experience or exposure to industrial equipment such as forklifts, welding equipment, or CNC machines
Basic mechanical aptitude (ability to use hand tools, perform minor repairs, and assist with maintenance tasks)
Ability to identify equipment issues and communicate clearly with maintenance teams
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately and on time
Commitment to following safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment
Dependability, including consistent attendance and clear communication with supervisors
Ability to work in a physical environment (standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the facility)
