Position Overview
As a Manager Restructuring, you will lead client engagements and restructuring projects, helping distressed companies navigate complex financial and operational challenges. You will lead strategic initiatives, develop tailored financial solutions, and coordinate communication among stakeholders. You will guide a team of analysts and consultants, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project outcomes. This role also requires active involvement in business development and the ongoing enhancement of the firm’s services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead restructuring projects, from diagnostics to the implementation of financial and operational turnaround strategies.
Oversee the preparation and validation of detailed financial and operational analyses, including liquidity forecasts, financial models, and restructuring plans.
Act as a key advisor in negotiations with creditors, investors, and shareholders.
Develop and present restructuring options and strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives.
Manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of professional growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that contribute to the firm’s growth and service expansion.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to restructuring engagements.
