Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. This role requires advanced English skills, both written and spoken, as it involves interaction with regional and global stakeholders. Additional proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Good communication and training skills, also vis-à-vis non-lawyers Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player Good understanding of foreign cultures, ideally proven by time spent abroad Knowledge of Compliance Management Systems is desirable Knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-trust, data privacy or laws relevant to the health care or crop science industry helpful Willingness to develop in Compliance Process and IT affinity Good project management skills Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge in handling management tools
