About this Position What you´ll do Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real estate Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to support real estate projects and investment decisions Prepare and steer the real estate investment planning process Develop, improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate controlling and data management Support internal stakeholders and committees with decision-relevant analyses and reporting Steer assigned special projects as a reliable, competent, and results-oriented business partner Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment
