Leadership Trainee
- Participate in cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of life insurance operations.
- You will be expected to develop proficiency for the operational procedures of the various departments and supporting actual tasks/processes.
- Learning occurs primarily through on the job experience, LOMA courses and is supplemented with coaching from various department leaders.
- Provide interim assistance as needed to the operational areas of the company.
- Learn the various operating systems of the company and become proficient from a user perspective.
- As experience is gained, identify and assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Share analysis and improvement proposals with senior leaders at the conclusion of each rotation or project.
- Lead, coordinate and/or participate in special projects as necessary.
- Exhibit a strong desire to learn and advance within the company.
- Conduct Company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. Behave ethically and with integrity and always follow the principles of the Compliance Program when making business decisions. Compliance with this program is a condition of employment for every American-Amicable employee.
