Training Development Coordinator @ VieMed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Schedules and coordinates onboarding activities as assigned.Coordinates training initiatives in partnership with executive management and mid-level management and the Training Operations Manager.Partners with other departments to identify new learning and development training opportunities.Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.Assist with the development and training of eRx platforms amongst business leaders.Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:College degree preferred or 3 years equivalency in the field of Training, Talent Development, or Instructional Technology.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.Working ConditionsThis position will work in an office environment.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Exceptional Teamwork SkillsEmotional IntelligenceProficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, UKG, and other LMS programs preferred.Thorough understanding of all learning types.
