We are seeking a Sustainability & Retail Program Coordinator to join our team. This unique hybrid role combines sustainability reporting and environmental compliance with retail program execution. You'll play a key role in advancing our eco-reporting initiatives while supporting the successful rollout of retail projects for one of our largest clients, Sephora. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing projects, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement. As our sustainability segment continues to grow, this role offers significant opportunities for professional development and increased responsibility.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 3 days in the office at our headquarters location in Chanhassen, MN.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across departments including Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new systems and software platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical sustainability concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

On top of that you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or data presentation.
  • 3–5 years of related experience in project coordination, program management, account management support, or a similar role preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools, reporting platforms, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with sustainability reporting platforms such as EcoDesign Cloud, EcoDesign, or similar systems is preferred.

In this position, you will:

  • Sustainability & Eco-Reporting

    • Validate, collect, and maintain environmental data across internal and external eco-reporting platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    • Analyze sustainability data to identify performance gaps, evaluate material impacts, and develop actionable insights.
    • Partner closely with Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) teams to support client and corporate compliance initiatives.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance sustainability reporting processes, efficiency, and data quality.
    • Stay current on eco-reporting trends and serve as an internal resource for sustainability reporting best practices.
  • Retail Program Support

    • Support the Retail Program Manager with planning, project tracking, and execution of new Sephora store rollouts and retail initiatives.
    • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution within retail deadlines.
    • Coordinate communications between internal teams, vendors, and clients, providing regular project updates.
    • Assist with managing project scope changes and supporting contingency planning for production or distribution challenges.
    • Cross-train and job shadow Retail Program Managers to develop a strong understanding of operational workflows and provide coverage when needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range: $64,000 - 75,000 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
