Job Description

[Key Responsibilities]

Asset and Warehouse Management

  • Maintain and update asset inventory records, including location, condition, and status.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and spare parts.
  • Regularly check and confirm physical assets and make sure they match the accounting records.
  • Conduct regular physical asset verification and reconciliation with accounting records.
  • Make sure asset management practices follow company policies and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company asset control policies and audit requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on asset consumption, stock levels, and procurement status.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to asset and contract management
  • Support Finance and Project teams in asset capitalization and depreciation tracking

Contract Management

  • Maintain a centralized database of all active contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor contract validity, renewal dates, and performance obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support management in reviewing contract terms and identifying potential risks.

Procurement

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Landlord Agreement Management

  • Agreement addendum & supplement
  • Rental payment confirmation with Finance team

[Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree or higher,
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
