💬 About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused people to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you’ll be helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering customer questions and providing support
  • Resolving issues in a calm, professional, and friendly way
  • Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone
  • Making customers feel heard, valued, and supported
  • Working closely with your team to deliver great service
