Job Description

About us

Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn't stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives. By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need.

What you'll be doing

As our Regional Manager Corporate Welfare, you'll be the person who drives the strategic expansion of our Welfare services across key northern regions through structured outbound sales and a relentless focus on high-value business development.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • New Business Development & Upselling – Own and drive a proactive sales strategy primarily focused on acquiring new corporate clients, while identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with Key Account Managers.

  • Structured Outbound Prospecting – Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by executing high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting techniques.

  • Territorial Market Ownership – Act as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees).

  • Budget & Target Management – Take full accountability for achieving ambitious individual and area semesterly targets, focusing closely on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe & Flexible benefit solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work in close, frequent synergy with the Key Account Management team to ensure a seamless post-onboarding alignment, participating in joint client meetings and strategic reviews to streamline the customer journey.

  • Agile Adaptability – Navigate and thrive within our fast-evolving Welfare Business Unit, swiftly embracing changes in organization or priorities with high ownership and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

  • Significant business development experience – With 6-8 years in a New Business Development role, demonstrating a strong focus on prospecting and outbound sales activities.

  • Commercial Execution & Strategy – You possess a highly structured, aggressive commercial approach. You can demonstrate a proven track record of managing long sales cycles and clearly articulating your pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and historical target achievement.

  • Outbound Mastery – Proven expertise in structured outbound methodologies, running successful prospecting campaigns, and systematically turning cold prospects into engaged enterprise accounts.

  • Results & Budget Orientation – Strong alignment with numbers and strict budget governance, with experience delivering against concrete volume KPIs and individual financial performance indicators.

  • Ownership & Flexibility – A resilient professional who feels comfortable in rapidly growing environments where product portfolios and strategic directions evolve quickly, demonstrating the capability to pivot effortlessly.

  • Consultative Sales Approach – An ability to combine a highly result-driven methodology with a consultative, value-based selling style that effectively communicates the benefits of corporate welfare solutions to HR and corporate executives.
