- HBO Degree and 1-2 years of experience within similar position
- Familiarity or affinity with AI tools
- Displays all required WWT core value traits
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with high productivity skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- ERP experience
- Ability to generate and implement process improvement ideas
- Analytical skill set with focus on critical thinking
- Ability to accept direction and meet deadlines
