Position Summary
We are hiring for both First Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) and Second Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Monday- Friday).
The Picking & Replenishment Supervisor supports the Outbound Manager in leading daily operations within the Picking and Packing departments at the Distribution Center. This role is responsible for driving productivity, accuracy, and team performance while ensuring alignment with company commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is bonus eligible, with incentives paid out once annually, in addition to base compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor workflow and establish daily priorities
- Set daily pick goals and adjust staffing
- Audit work for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis on picking errors
- Train, coach, and develop associates
- Assign tasks based on operational needs
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Partner on peak planning and staffing strategies
- Support projects and cross-functional collaboration

Education & Experience

- 2–3 years in distribution or logistics
- 1+ year leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
