  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices that increase efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall data management effectiveness

  • Provide direct client support by responding to inquiries, explaining data findings, and delivering professional guidance on utility data management strategies

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in utility bill processing workflows, vendor management, and platform data integration methodologies

  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to review complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including experience building rapport with clients and collaborating across cross-functional teams

  • Technical proficiency with data analysis software, reporting tools, and various platforms used for client communication and project management

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of ensuring accuracy and precision in data validation and client-facing deliverables

  • Process-driven mindset with orientation toward continuous improvement and creating operational efficiencies

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments
