Transportation Dispatcher Scheduler

Summary:  Facilitates daily transportation operations by coordinating staff, fleet, maintenance, and other resources to maintain safe and efficient service. Serves as a resource for transportation information, procedures, regulations, and customer support for district staff and the community. Supports daily transportation operations, including driving routes or operating in other roles as needed and responding to emergencies to maintain safe and reliable transportation services. This role requires an open, flexible, and frequently changing schedule, including work during and outside regular business hours, as well as in all weather and operational conditions. Responds to district vehicle breakdowns, accidents and other emergency needs during and outside of scheduled department hours for urgent or emergency operations. Provide any needed support to the district in emergency situations.

The starting pay for this position is $27.03 plus benefits- Pay Range 23 ($27.03-$44.02) - classified salary range
