YOUR ROLE

Lead the daily operations of the Assembly area, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and people development objectives through the effective management of human and material resources..

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the Assembly area.
  • Ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety targets.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve established goals.
  • Ensure compliance with work standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization.
  • Manage operational issues, absenteeism, employee relations, and performance matters.
  • Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues and ensure operational continuity.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable management systems.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with assembly processes and production lines.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving).
  • Experience managing key performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and customer-specific requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to work across different shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
