Achieve revenue goals, sales & portfolio growth targets across a range of products & services (Term Deposits, CASA balances, etc.)
Acquire ‘new to bank’ affluent customers
Maintain a superior customer service experience for priority banking customers including pre-empting issues & proactive servicing
Minimize customer attrition & maintain customer contact
