Total Rewards Intern – Solar Turbotec
The Total Rewards Intern at Solar Turbotec will be assigned to a Total Rewards Manager, who will serve as mentor and provide guidance throughout the internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting and participating in a variety of Total Rewards activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and communication of Caterpillar’s “Values in Action” policy
- Assist with administration and updates of the Insurance App
- Provide support for employee benefits and inquiries
- Coordinate new hire insurance meetings and related onboarding activities
- Participate in Total Rewards (TR) projects and initiatives
- Maintain and update insurance records and documentation on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
