
Logistics Coordinator I
Job Description
The Parts Logistics Team provides 24x7 logistics support in relation to different types of Vertiv power products ranging from 6 kVA up to 1MVA. The coordinators main responsibility is to provide assistance to all Vertiv field technicians from finding the corresponding part needed in the field which involves order entry, parts research, parts quotations, inventory concerns, and shipment of parts making sure of safe and timely delivery. The coordinator may also be required to communicate with the planners and the manufacturing facilities to have the parts needed made available, whether parts need to be made or structured or to go directly to the supplier. Also, touch base with Liebert Engineering team and Technical Support Team for product support and escalations.
