RN - Case Manager (Burlington/ Camden County) $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Hospice RN Case Manager needed full time in Burlington County; Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30; 6 weekends per year and 1 holiday per year. Must have a valid NJ RN license and at least one year of Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Home Care or similar experience. Position requires providing care in patient’s homes – reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance needed.
