
Final Control Valve Sales Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for sales team leadership and achieving the sales growth and profitability objectives established for all Final Control Business Units (BU’s) for the assigned account in the process end user and power industries. This includes both products and services for Fisher control valves, pressure relief/management valves, regulators, isolation valves, actuation devices, and measurement solutions. Responsible for three (3) teams of sales personnel that all work as one cohesive unit to achieve a collective goal. The Sales Manager works directly with BU Leaders to translate BU needs into detailed plans for: sales staffing, market penetration, accounts management, employee development, and achievement of identified corporate and SBU initiatives.
