Job Description
Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Arizona - Remote work!
Founded in the 1970's, we are a full-service law firm with 200 attorneys nationwide in 7 states. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties:
Work remote!
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· AZ bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· Medical Malpractice
· Construction Defect
· Products Liability, Toxic Torts
· Insurance Coverage, MVA
· Labor & Employment
