About Job
User Support: Addressing support issues from users and ensuring a seamless IT experience for the entire organization. Making sure of all Onboarding and offboarding processes are followed as per procedure.
Asset Management: Ensure complete asset management throughout its lifecycle, from requirement and purchase to payment, fulfillment, retirement, and e-waste disposal.
Vendor Management: Identify, coordinate with vendors, and build good relationships to support regional IT requirements. Lead IT procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchasing.
Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitoring network performance and resolving escalated technical issues for the company's internal network and potentially cloud-based systems.
Audio and Video Conferencing: Providing technical support for AV support and troubleshooting
Office IT Support: Providing technical support for office-related IT systems, including software and hardware devices
IT Project support: Able to participate in, contribute to, and lead IT-related projects across regions
Security: Providing technical support and helping adhere site secure by having proper security controls and configurations. Take part in all security audits, both internal and external, to ensure that each action item is resolved. Also make sure site/region is secure as per InfoSec guidelines and report out.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support in a multinational environment and exposure to Network infrastructure and M365/Cloud is desirable.
Education: Degree in a technical area like computer science or information technology.
Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications, such as CCNE, Cloud or MSFT, are valuable.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in operating systems and end-user device management. Solid experience with network technologies including LAN, WAN, and WLAN, as well as network hardware such as routers and firewalls. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with users, teams, and vendors across different locations. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Collaborative mindset in global environment.
