Base Assembly Laborer – Night Shift Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | 4-day work weekPaid lunch + 5% shift differential Pay $21.44–$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experienceStructured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that What This Job Is You’ll be part of a team building the base and structural foundation of large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings. This is hands-on, physical work using tools, saws, and equipment every day. You’ll be measuring, cutting, and assembling materials that everything else is built on. This is not light work. It requires focus, accuracy, and a steady pace. This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
