R2R Transactional Analyst

Job Description Summary ​

Perform end-to-end general ledger accounting and financial reporting activities according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Job Description :

• Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting, including postings, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions for the assigned business unit

• Perform month-end/year-end closing activities (e.g. balance sheet account review, bank reconciliation, check AP/AR) correctly and in timely manner

• Maintain & deliver statutory reporting and management reporting

• Perform inventory journals adjustment posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements (e.g., GAAP)

• Drive service excellence by meeting SLA targets and identifying opportunities for process improvement

• Perform problem solving related to escalated issue in a timely manner

• Handle Ad-Hoc tasks as requested by stakeholders

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with GPA 3.00 or above

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as accountant, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good understanding in R2R, General Ledger, or Shared Services environment

• Strong attention to detail and experienced in working with SLA
